Back Pain

Lower back pain is the most common and debilitating type of back injury. Roughly 50% of people experience lower back pain at some point in their lives. Our lower backs handle the twisting and turning of our body and are constantly under duress. This can lead to a wide variety of injuries, some very minor while others chronic and severe. In most cases, lower back pain is caused by a muscle or joint strain and should resolve itself in a few weeks. If the pain lasts longer, we would advise you see a doctor to rule out a more serious condition.
