Elbow pain is a common ailment that typically affects a person’s dominant arm due to the number of bones, muscles and tendons that meet in the area. Elbow pain generally results from overuse injuries as many sports, hobbies, and jobs require repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.  It not only keeps you from enjoying sports like golf and tennis but can be extremely disruptive to normal daily activities as well.  The most common types of elbow pain are “tennis elbow” and “golfer’s elbow.”
