Percutaneous Tenotomy

Percutaneous needle tenotomy (PNT) is a technique used to treat areas of chronic tendon degeneration (tendinosis), osteophytes (bone spurs), and calcific tendinosis. We offer performing PNT using the TenJet. This device is engineered to target and treat the source of your chronic shoulder, elbow, hip, knee and foot tendon pain. A quick and effective intervention, TenJet utilizes a controlled, high pressure stream of saline to remove diseased tendon while sparing healthy tissue. This is performed using ultrasound guidance.
